Foster Care Program
The Panhandle Humane Society now has a foster care program. This program helps to relieve the congestion of animals here at the shelter. It also helps anyone one who is looking for a pet to know if this is really the pet that they want.
Here at the PHS, it is important to us that these animals find good, loving homes and that the pets are compatible with their new homes and everyone in them. If this is something you are interested in, stop at the shelter and fill out an application.
